Price Terms
Exact order value will be calculated at checkout. Postage information will the be sent via invoice before customers pay for the order

Payment Terms
Logo Zen accepts credit card and PayPal
In case all items are instock and ready to ship, customers shall pay 100% of the invoice value for order to be confirmed
In case the ordered items are out of stock, customers shall pay upfront 50% of the invoiced amount. The remaining balance shall be paid when the goods are ready to ship.
How to place an order
- Contact us at sales@logozenllc.com to create a wholesale account or register here
- Once logged in, you could see the wholesale price and inventory of the available items
- Place your order and wait for the confirmation email in your registered email address
- Your order is confirmed once you finish transferring the invoiced amount to our account
- We prepare and ship the products to you.
Return & refunds
Returns must be made in writing directly to sales@logozenllc.com within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without Logo Zen prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Return shipping will be charged.
For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ or ‘customer changes mind’, there is a restocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to the customer
Please email us with details and pictures of the product you receive prior to returning it.
