How to place an order

Dropshipping with Logo Zen is easy. Every step of the transaction is done onsite:

1. Contact us at inquiry@logozenllc.com to create a drop shipper account or register here

2. Once your account is confirmed, log in and browse our available inventory.

3. List our products on your stores

4. When you have an order, go to logozenllc.com and purchase the products with your order details

5. Once your order is confirmed, we prepare and ship it to your customers

 Change of order details

If you would like to change any details of your order (shipping address, product variation, etc…) please contact us by email, specifying the information you want to adjust no later than 1 business day after purchasing.

 Orders cannot be altered once shipped.

2. Order Processing

- Order lead time

Our regular lead time is 1-3 business days.

Orders are picked up from Monday – Saturday, from 9am – 5pm (US Eastern timezone), not including Holidays.

After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, you will receive a tracking code to send to keep track of the delivery status

  • Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and
    destination of the items included in the order.

- Shipping restrictions: None

- Packaging: Items are shipped in carton box with appropriate anti-brokage wrapping. 2 manufacturer labels are included. If you are interested in customizing your packaging, please email us.

3. Packages damaged or lost in transit

If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost in transit, please contact us via support@logozenllc.com. Our customer service team will make connection with the carrier to check on the package.

If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send your customer another package free of charge or refund you the full amount of the order.

If the item arrives damaged, contact us via support@logozenllc.com with pictures and description of the item condition. We will get back as soon as possible to discuss the best solution.

4. Returns & Refunds - Exchange & Replacement

We accept returns and exchanges, and we provide replacement for defective items. Request for returns, exchanges or replacements must be made in writing to us at support@logozenllc.com or inquiry@logozenllc.com within 3 days of delivery. Request after this time frame is automatically rejected.

Your request shall include: order number, Reason for return/exchange/ replacement request and pictures of the products

No return/exchange is acceptable without Logo Zen's prior confirmation.

You shall arrange shipment for the returned/ exchanged items within 4 days since our confirmation. Refund will be issued right after we receive the returned good; Exchanged item will be sent right after your tracking confirms movement.

Return/ Exchange/ Replacement postage is free if the items your customers receive are defective or wrongly sent. Please include pictures in such cases

In case of customers' remorse, we charge for the return/exchange postages and shipping fee of the original order is not refundable
